BlisterBox®
Placon’s BlisterBox® line, patented in 1980, remains an iconic retail packaging solution for pegboards, hang hooks, and general shelf displays. Today, we offer more than 80 sizes and configurations, including BlisterBox® Compartments and BlisterBox® Heavy Duty options. Our BlisterBox® design is a clamshell with re-closable hinge, meaning products can be used and stored in the same box.
BlisterBox® products are made with EcoStar® post-consumer recycled PET, and are 100% recyclable.
GraphicBox®
An iteration on the BlisterBox®, the GraphicBox® is an easy-to-open and snap-close retail packaging option, highlighted by the large billboard-style graphic card located behind the product case. This large insert can be used for branding or to call out special product features. GraphicBox® products are made with EcoStar® post-consumer recycled PET, and are 100% recyclable.
ThisBox®
Our lineup of ThisBox® products are rectangular, clear, snap-close boxes that are great for medical or first aid kits, dental kits, hobby and crafts, stationary supplies, test kits, and so much more. These boxes come with a graphic card insert, allowing for easy branding and product information. Made using EcoStar® post-consumer recycled PET for an environmentally friendly packaging solution.
CurvedBox®
The CurvedBox® product line is ideal for items that require increased branding, deeper cavities, and the optionality of being displayed on peg hooks or upright on shelves. Our CurvedBox® products offer a large graphic card to highlight product features and benefits, as well as increase brand awareness and recognition. You’ll have flexibility to display on retail shelving or on peg hook displays, giving merchandise opportunities to be displayed in high-traffic areas.

How can I make my product have sustainable retail packaging?
We offer a variety of in-stock options that use our EcoStar® recycled PET material. This means that post-consumer recycled material (not new, virgin plastic) is incorporated into the packaging. This reduces the environmental impact of using new material. Plus, the packaging is 100% recyclable, so it can be reground and recreated into something new, further reducing environmental impact and helping you meet sustainability goals.
